e know that our clients require high quality, actionable data. Therefore, we are extremely careful to use only the most highly trained interviewers—in many ways, the key people in any study:

Interviewers used by Dimension Research ask questions as they are written, because training assures they understand how important it is for questions to be presented consistently throughout a study.

  • Interviewers we use are trained to listen. They make certain each open-ended question is answered; any ambiguities are clarified with appropriate follow-up questions.

While we are very proud of the information collected by the telephone interviewers, we realize that telephone interviewing is not always the most appropriate method of data collection. If your study requires, we routinely conduct surveys via the Internet using our own web based software or through a partnership with leading online panel companies.

Some studies require face to face interviewing between interviewer and respondent. In those cases, we have built a strong network of trusted facilities in malls and central location facilities across the United States.

Self-administered questionnaires, appropriately delivered, are sometimes needed when issues are too complex for a telephone survey and the Internet isn’t available to enough of the necessary respondents.
