Information About Marketing Research

Dimension Research has conducted marketing research studies for more than 20 years; our clients range from Fortune 50 companies to mid-size and, sometimes, smaller firms. As important as our clients are, however, we know that study participants—you—are the key to a successful research project.

Instead, we conduct opinion research studies for business-to-business and consumer products companies. Our clients rely on your objective opinions as a foundation for their efforts to improve their products and services – and, in many instances, to introduce new products.

We will never attempt to sell you anything; we only want your opinions.

You can be assured that Dimension Research protects the privacy of the individuals who participate in our research projects. Unless we have received your consent, we will never disclose any of the personal information you may share with us during our call. Neither will we reveal the answers that you, as an individual participant, give to any question.

The information we collect from each individual is combined with the responses of all survey participants and provided to our clients in summary reports.

Occasionally it is necessary to share some of the information you give us – to validate your participation, for example, or perhaps to contact you for follow-up questions. If we would like you to participate in follow-up research, you will be informed of the nature of the inquiry and will be contacted only if you have given us permission.
